PHYSICALS
All athletes must have an up to date physical on file with the DHS Athletic Department before you can begin practice. Physicals are only valid for one calendar year. Please see one of the coaches for a physical form or print a form the link below. The forms are in both word (doc) and Acrobat Reader (pdf) format.

ELIGIBILITY
All current freshmen, sophomores and juniors must be on track to graduate and you must pass five of six Spring classes to be eligible to play softball in the 2010 season. Incoming freshmen (current eigth graders) are academically eligible to participate in the 2010 season. If you have any questions, please see one of the coaches as soon as possible.
